McKay
Dr. McKay has over 12 years of experience teaching piano through his private studio, and currently teaches piano, music theory, music history, and research methods at SUNY New Paltz. He has given guest lectures, masterclasses, and workshops at institutions such as the Berklee College of Music, Denison University, the Queensland Conservatorium, and the Denver School of the Arts. Equally dedicated to studying the music of our time, he recently published his first book A Semiotic Approach to Open Notations: Ambiguity as Opportunity (Cambridge University Press).
Amanda Kaya
Amanda has taught music for nearly a decade. She started teaching a music pedagogy course at a performing arts high school and has taught guitar privately and with students at the Orpheus Academy for five years. She is currently an instructor at the New Jersey City Community Music School and focuses on childhood music education.
Manuela Sadovnik
Manuela Sadovnik received a bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana of Cali, Colombia, specializing in Cultural and Art Management. She won an international exchange program scholarship that allowed her to expand her knowledge abroad in art and art history at Fordham University at Rose Hill, New York. Manuela has been recognized in national and international exhibitions such as the Printmaking International Collective Exhibition “Migration” from the University of San Francisco and the exhibition “Conexiones JA/BE” at the Cultural Center of Cali, Colombia.
Charlotte Mundy
Charlotte Mundy is a soprano and educator based in New York City. She holds a Master of Music in Contemporary Music Performance from the Manhattan School of Music and a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from the University of Toronto. She is a doctoral fellow in Voice Performance at the City University of New York Graduate Center. She is described as a “daredevil with an unbreakable spine” by the San Francisco Classical Voice, and her performances have been praised by the NY Times as “an oasis of radiant beauty.”
